Beauty of person is magnetism

Beauty is every thing;

Beauty is a energetic quality that is given off by a person or object quite naturally. It is immediately noticeable as it first overpowers one sensually. It is a full body experience, and can invoke feelings of peace, awe, joy, union, as well as excitability. Our own fantasies, wishes, hopes and dreams easily become projections onto the object of beauty.  A sense of overwhelming desire for connection can create feelings of love or obsession. There is a magnetic attraction that can be quite mesmerizing to an on-looker.
The power of beauty is effortlessly captivating and leaves its audience fully engaged.
Beauty tantalizes the senses, the mind, the emotions and provokes an elevated reaction physically within the body.
It is undeniably evident within your being when you come across something you deem to be of beauty.

Health Tips

Less makeup but good looks ,

I don’t like to wear a lot of makeup, so when I’m indoors or it is an evening event, I put on a little concealer on the dark circles under my eyes (and then smooth a little of it onto my eyelids), a clear moisturizer (I’m using an Origins product these days), and a little bit of tinted moisturizer / BB cream over that (I have been using Sarah McNamara Miracle Skin Transformer lately but it’s getting hard to find and I fear it is being discontinued). Depending on which tinted moisturizer I use, sometimes I add a light dusting of very light blush on the apples of my cheeks, a light application of eye pencil in a grey or taupe shade, and a reddish or berry tinted lip gloss. The end.

Significance of the five-food group system

The five food group system can be used for the following purposes:

  1. Planning wholesome balanced menus to achieve nutritional adequacy.
  2. Assessing nutritional status – a brief diet history of an individual can disclose inadequacies of food and nutrients from any of the five groups.

Based on the assessment, nutrition education can be imparted to the individual.

  1. FOOD PYRAMID

The food guide pyramid was introduced in 1992 by USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) as a general plan of what to eat each day. The food guide pyramid is a valuable tool for planning a health promoting diet. By incorporating the principle of balance, variety and moderation, an individual can still eat their favorite foods while following the food guide pyramid.

Food guide pyramid

Balance

It means choosing food from different food groups.

Variety

This means including different foods within each food group. For eg. consuming a variety of fruits.

Moderation

  • This means keeping serving sizes reasonable. This involves self control.
  • The food guide pyramid provides recommendation for the number of daily servings that should be consumed from each of the food groups.

Be Young ;

How to look Younger than age?

Your looks definitely matter a lot and part of looking good is looking youthful. It signifies health and genetics which is important. Here are some reasons people look young below:

1. Genetics. Your genetics plays a big part in your looks and how long they last from your skin tone to things like baldness, which can make you look older. Nothing you can do about this unfortunately. You can mate with a person who has good genetics for the sake of your child however!

2. Ethnicity/Skin tone: Your amount of melanin and collagen plays a critical part in how you age. People with more melanin can deal with the sun much better. Collagen also affects your skin and how you age. Generally speaking, black people have the most of both, while white people have the least. This is why you see some black people look like they are 20–30 when they are 40–50.

3. Diet: A healthy diet with vitamins and minerals will definitely play a part in how you look when you age. Be sure to get vitamin A, B-Complex, C, D3, and E with some Zinc and Selenium to maximize your skin.Image result for a healthy diet

4. Exercise: A fit body will make you look more youthful and healthy over an obese body which makes you look older and sicker. Not to mention the weight makes your facial structure look worse which also makes you look older.Image result for exercise

5. Sleep: Sleep is important because it’s how your body repairs itself and heals itself. Make sure you’re getting a good night’s rest. You spend a significant of your time doing it, so it must be important.Image result for importance of sleep

6. Stress: Stress can lead to grey hairs and baldness which doesn’t do you much good. Learn to lower your stress levels or take on less at a time. You shorten your lifespan by being stressed and look worse too. Stop doing it!Image result for to reduce stress

7. Other health things. Smoking, excessive drinking, and harsh living conditions definitely make you look older. Take as good of care of yourself as you possibly can.Image result for effect of Smoking, excessive drinking

8. Dress. Certain clothes make you look more “mature” than other clothes. Avoid the sundresses and overalls if you want to look younger. Wear something flattering and form fitting if you want to look good.

9. Sun. The sun has a strong aging effect on the skin. Especially those with less melanin. Be sure to get some sunblock on you as much as possible. Zinc is also good for this exact purpose.Image result for the ageing effect of sun
It’s up to you to take care of yourself and make yourself look younger. Your genetics aren’t in your control but the rest of it is. Make sure you make the best choices possible. Block the sun. Over time, exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun causes many changes in the skin, including wrinkles, discolouration, freckles or age spots, benign (non-cancerous) growths such as seborrheic keratoses and pre-cancerous or cancerous growths such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. In fact, most skin cancers are related to sun exposure. Limit your time in the sun, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and always wear a broad spectrum sunscreen with the physical blocker zinc oxide and a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or greater. Cover exposed areas with protective clothing, such as a long-sleeve shirt, pants, and a wide-brimmed hat.

Seek professional help for skin problems. Your skin will not be perfect. It can be dry or oily; it can develop rashes and acne, among many other issues. Address the problem with a professional skin expert, either a skin aesthetician at your local salon or a dermatologist for more severe skin problems.

Self-screening. Over the course of your life, you should pay attention to all parts of your skin. Familiarize yourself with it, so you’ll notice any changes that might occur, such as different moles or patches that might indicate skin cancer. Whenever you have a question or concern, make sure you see your doctor.
